Product and Service Availability. Products ordered from the website have an estimated Shipping lead time from our manufacturing point based in MA, USA of 10-14 business days after you place your order.

Damaged or Defective Product. All orders from this website are custom and are produced on receipt of a purchase request from the website and are therefore final. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product at your cost. You will not be charged any additional fee for the replacement item of such damaged or defective shipments. Before returning any item please email: hello@loveyourlunchroom.com with: RETURN/EXCHANGE in the subject line. Please be sure to contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your product to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Product Orders. Prices and Availability of the products and services on this site are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Options. LoveYourLunchroom.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). All orders are shipped out using UPS as they require special packaging and handling requirements. Shipping costs are estimated once you have selected your items for order you can click on an option to estimate your shipping costs based on the State and postal code to where the parcel will be shipped.

Shipping. LoveYourLunchroom.com standard shipping method is done via UPS Ground courier service unless a request is forwarded for express shipping for which there will be additional fees. Most orders are manufactured and shipped withinin 10-14 business days. We do no ship orders to PO Boxes.

Express Delivery via Courier. Should you wish your order to be hello@loveyourlunchroom.com/ call 1-877 or make a note when placing your order on line and a Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm all the details and additional shipping costs.

Taxes. Taxes are valid and payable unless your organization supplies a tax-exempt form which needs to be submitted via email or fax to LoveYourLunchroom.com

Payment Options. On checking out of the shopping cart on LoveYourLunchroom.com you will have the option of paying via major credit card or submitting a Purchase Order , for which payment will be due 30 days from Delivery of the item/s ordered
